Replace your FPL bill with a roof that pays you back.
GlowHaus designs, permits, and installs residential and commercial solar across South Florida. Roof, panels, EV charger, impact windows — one crew, one timeline, one warranty. Federal tax credit and PACE financing available.
Not in your city yet? Ask anyway — we evaluate every project.
One crew for the whole envelope.
Roof, panels, batteries, EV charger, impact windows, financing, and permits — handled by GlowHaus end to end. No subcontractor merry-go-round.
Residential solar
Roof-mounted PV systems sized to eliminate your FPL bill. Tier-1 panels, hybrid inverters, and the option to add battery backup.
Commercial solar
Light commercial and industrial systems for warehouses, plazas, multi-family, and HOA properties. Engineered for FL wind code.
Battery storage
Pair your panels with Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, or FranklinWH backup. Keep your fridge, AC, and Wi-Fi running through the next storm.
Roofing + solar
Re-roof first, then solar on a fresh deck — the smart play for homes with roofs older than ten years. PACE rolls both into one payment.
EV charger installation
Level-2 home chargers (Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint, Wallbox) installed by licensed electricians. Panel upgrades when needed.
Impact windows & doors
Hurricane-rated impact glass installed by our partner network. Bundle with PACE financing on the same project.
PACE & in-house financing
Property Assessed Clean Energy financing for eligible Florida homeowners — zero down, fixed rate, payable on the property tax bill.
Permitting & FPL interconnection
We pull every permit, file the FPL net-metering paperwork, schedule inspections, and don't leave until your meter is commissioned.
From estimate to commissioning, we run the whole job.
Most residential projects complete in three to six weeks from signed contract. Commercial timelines depend on permit jurisdiction.
- 01
Site assessment
We visit the property, evaluate your roof, sun exposure, and electrical panel, and pull twelve months of FPL usage. Free, no obligation.
- 02
System design
Engineered to your actual consumption — not an upsell. We send a written proposal with array layout, production estimate, financing scenarios, and warranty terms.
- 03
Permits & FPL interconnection
We pull the county and municipal permits, file the FPL net-metering application, and schedule structural and electrical inspections.
- 04
Installation
One crew, typically one to three days on a residential project. Re-roof first if combined; panels and inverter on day two or three.
- 05
Inspection & commissioning
Final county inspection, FPL meter swap, commissioning of the inverter, and a walkthrough of your monitoring app. You start producing power.
See what your roof can stop costing you.
A simple order-of-magnitude estimate based on your current FPL bill, projected over the panel warranty period. Actuals confirmed at the site visit.

A serious installer in a noisy industry.
Solar in Florida has a sales-rep problem. We don't run door-to-door promotions. We design, install, and warrant — and we keep our list of finished jobs short and clean.
One crew, one contract
Roof, panels, EV charger, batteries, impact windows — all under one roof, one project manager, one written warranty. No coordinating four contractors.
Florida-licensed, Florida-built
We design for hurricane wind code, FPL net-metering, and South Florida sun pattern — not a generic national playbook.
Permits handled, end to end
County, municipality, FPL interconnection, structural and electrical inspections — we don't hand you a paperwork pile.
Honest math, written down
Every proposal includes production estimate, financing scenarios, breakeven date, and a signed warranty schedule. No back-of-napkin pitches.
Questions worth answering directly.
If a question isn't fully answered here, ask us on the site visit. Nothing is off-limits.
- Typical residential systems run between $18,000 and $35,000 before incentives. After the federal 30% solar tax credit and PACE or in-house financing, most homeowners replace their FPL bill with a lower monthly payment. We provide a written estimate after a free site assessment.
Tell us about your roof. We'll come look.
